How do I upgrade/renew my membership?

You may call 937-846-1000 or go to NCSF club to renew/upgrade your membership.

Can I join fitness classes without a membership?

The club offers fitness class drop in option. No need to sign up for a membership.

Can I drop-in without a membership?

The club offers 3 drop-in options with a fee:

1. Basket ball gym only.

2. Access to everything that club offers for a regular member.

3. Fitness class drop in.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you may freeze your membership if you have appropriate doctors notice.

How do I cancel my membership?

A 30 day notice is required for cancellation.If you would like to cancel your membership, you must fill a cancelation form that is available at the club.  A penalty is charged on memberships canceled before the contracted expiration date.

At what age can the children have access to the equipment room?

Children below 10 are not allowed in the equipment room. Children between the ages of 10 and 15 years need to be accompanied by an adult.

How do I report a complaint/suggestion?

Please drop off your complaints or suggestions in complaint/suggestion box, which is conveniently located in the cafe area.
